We ship Australia-wide! 🐝
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. Because we stock a range of products — from delicate handmade candles to beekeeping supplies — rates will vary depending on what you've ordered.
All orders are carefully packed by hand to make sure your goodies arrive safely. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods like Christmas and Easter.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made with love and care in Gympie, Queensland, and may have slight natural variations in colour and texture — this is part of what makes them beautifully unique!
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll do our best to make it right. 🐝

Each incursion runs for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the program and add-ons selected.

Pricing & Group Size
Incursions are priced starting from $300, with add-ons available at an additional cost. Our sessions are designed for groups of 20–25 children. Have a different group size in mind? We're flexible — just get in touch and we'll work something out that suits you.

Travel information
We're happy to travel to your school or early learning centre. Please note that travel fees apply for locations more than 20km from the Gympie CBD. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask — we'd love to make it work!
