Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at threewildseeeds03@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will assess each case and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
