Frequently Asked Questions

What are your candles made from?

All of our candles are made from 100% pure Australian beeswax, sourced from our own hives or other local Australian apiarists who love their bees. No paraffin, no synthetic fragrances — just pure, natural beeswax.

Why does beeswax smell so good?

Beeswax has a natural, subtle honey scent that comes straight from the hive. It's completely natural — we don't add any fragrance oils.

Why do my candles look slightly different to the photos?

Because our candles are handmade and hand-poured, each one is beautifully unique. Colour can vary slightly between batches depending on the natural beeswax — this is completely normal and part of their charm!

How do I care for my beeswax candle?

Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep wicks trimmed to about 5mm. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from children, pets, and drafts.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship to all states and territories. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the handmade nature of our products we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
